6-class series Sunday April 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24, May 1 & 15th, 10:30-11:30am
$65.00 for the 6-week session when registered before March 25th. $80 after

Details: Embrace life’s challenges with acceptance and love with your community of like minded people. This hour long class incorporates mindful movement with Yoga, Qi Gong, Meditation and Mindfulness for those with mobility challenges and their caregivers.

Increase balance, gait, stability, flexibility and joy through a mixture of neurotransmitter increasing Yoga and Qi Gong practices followed by relaxing poses and meditation. Each class will end with a few minutes journaling your progress through this 6-week series.

Yoga mats, straps, blocks and pillows are included. Chairs are available upon request. Arrive in easy to move in clothing. We look forward to meeting and growing this supportive community.
